We are experts in all types of hair, especially blonde colour work, balayage and specialty colours, and we have a mad passion for hair. We love making hair look phenomenal… and we have fun along the way! You will leave our salon looking your optimum, whether its a new blonde look, hair extensions or a touch up, we UNDERSTAND hair! We are up to date with education and always improving our skills, so we can always give you the best version of us – we literally dream about hair!

Owner Meg is an award winning stylist with 18 years in the industry, who never gets tired of hair! She has expert skills, love and passion for creating hair masterpieces, and a desire to make people happy and feel good about themselves. Team these together, and you’ve got a recipe for the perfect hair experience! Meg has built the Elvarl brand from dreams and love, and prides herself on the salon being high-end while down-to-earth and friendly. She has enviable skills in all aspects of hairdressing, and is a balayage and blonde specialist… but let’s not forget the beautiful brunette work and perfectly-sitting cuts she can achieve with her great techniques. Meg knows how important your hair is to you, and she will make sure you leave happy and in love with your new style!
Often mistaken for Meg’s sister, Amy is definitely a ‘soulmate’ of Elvarl! Amy is one of the Master Stylists and recently promoted to Assistant Manager, which is greatly appreciated with her exceptional skills at keeping everything neat and in order! She has a phenomenal talent with balayage and blondes, and she takes the utmost of care when doing her work. She is incredibly bubbly and friendly and has a beautiful calming nature about her so if you’re nervous about changing styles, Amy is your gal! A major Disney fanatic, in her spare time Amy likes to watch movies, spend time with her close-knit family and definitely spend loads of time at the Beach! Amy has the artistic talent in her blood – being an amazing drawer and can create a beautiful sketch. If you see Amy driving around it’s likely she is bopping to One Direction, being an avid fan! Amy is currently planning her future with her Fiance, Pav, and planning a wedding!
Carly is a Master Stylist who has come from the UK and completed her training there. She has exceptional skills with all aspects of hairdressing, her blondes are seamless and healthy and utterly beautiful! Her cutting skills are also phenomenal and her clients fall in love with her kind nature and wonderful way of explaining things. Carly truly listens to your every need and will do whatever it takes to make you happy!
Carissa has over 20 years experience as a hairdresser and has exceptional cutting and colouring skills. Her knowledge is at an expertise level and her bubble nature and personality will impress you! If it’s a new look, a bright blonde or a cut to suit you personally then Carissa is your girl!
Storm:
Storm is a bubbly, friendly and very caring stylist who will really invest herself into making sure your new style is exactly what you want! She is an absolute pro at Blondes, and she has a passion for bright vivids!
Inspired by the art of hairdressing, Jess is a bright light in the salon with a passion for making her guests feel like a goddess. With over 10 years experience in the industry, Jess puts her heart and soul into her hair services and doesn’t stop at anything to ensure you walk out feeling a million dollars, knowing exactly what you need to make your hair feel and look amazing and the confidence to be exactly who you truly are. Jess is also the manager at Elvarl, being the nurturing and helpful person she is, she is always there to help the Elvarl family and assist any guests requirements – nothing is too much trouble! Jess is a wife to Tonga, and a mum to two beautiful daughters who already show signs of following in their Mum’s footsteps! In her spare time she likes to relax at home with her family, explore the outdoors or simply cuddle up on the couch and read a good book.
Jacqui is our Emerging stylist that makes our day run smoothly! She has a passion for hair and is showing a talent that is going to be mind-blowing! Her foil and blonde work is second to none! Jacqui makes us giggle all day and has the most beautiful nature, so when you’ve had a hard day and need a wonderful head massage with your service, she’s your gal! Jacqui is incredibly talented with not only hair but makeup also, which makes us certain she is going to be an amazing hairdresser, because you need to have artistic flare in this industry! She loves making people feel better about themselves and loves seeing people happy.
Kate is a Master Stylist with fantastic training and experience in all things extensions… she has a background in extension specialty and whilst she can do amazing work on ALL things hairdressing, her work doing a new colour and a weft extension is her absolute dream! She can transform any hair into a long masterpiece, create any beautiful blonde colour and will offer you reassurance with your change along the way!
Katelin is our bubbly 1st year apprentice and eager to get her career in hairdressing excelling! She keeps our salon looking beautiful and will be there offering you whatever you need during your experience. She can do an amazing shampoo and head massage and you will leave feeling really relaxed after your service!

I would 100 % recommend this place! I have been to many different hair dressers and sometimes I feel a little out of place as those particular hair salons have heaps of clients all at once! This salon is so warm and very welcoming. As for the service Siobhan did my hair exactly how I wanted! I think I have found my new fav salon.. p.s big shout out too Amanda the apprentice in the salon, she really goes above and beyond to make you have a great experience.

I have been coming to siobhan for awhile now and I haven’t been happier. I find it very difficult to find a hairdresser that does my hair the way I like it as I am in the industry aswell. But every time I come into the salon I am always amazed at how amazing siobhan makes my hair look and how good she makes me feel. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best hairdresser by far.

At Elvarl Hair Artistry, we are highly skilled stylists and we guarantee our work with the following conditions: We require our guests to disclose their full hair history honestly and advise us of all previous colours, history and home hair care regime.
We require our guests to use recommended haircare products to be able to guarantee our work – We specially source products that compliment our colour range, retain the colour and tone of your hair and also your hair health, therefore we cannot guarantee our colour work with using products purchased elsewhere that may fade or alter colour and not support hair health.
If you have any concerns or issues with your hair, please contact us within 7 days. We don’t offer a “re-do” service for ‘change of mind’.
Please be conscious of our often very long wait list, and if you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee for your appointment.
Deposits are required for all hair extension services and high-end colour services.
Confirmation texts are sent out 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, and failure to respond or confirm could result in a cancellation of an appointment, so please respond to the text or call to confirm.
